- Fake reviews and manipulation as detailed in the Review & Ratings Policy.
- Harassment and abuse: threatening, defaming, stalking, or harassing any patient, provider, or staff member through the Platform.
- Privacy violations: posting anyone else's personal or health information; scraping or harvesting user data; photographing or recording others' Platform data.
- Security violations: probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities; circumventing authentication; introducing malware; denial-of-service activity.

2. ADDITIONAL RULES — PATIENTS
- Book in good faith. Do not submit booking requests with no intention of attending, hold appointments to block competitors' calendars, or mass-book multiple providers for the same need without canceling extras.
- Cancel or reschedule promptly: if you cannot attend, notify the provider's office directly as early as possible. Providers may have their own no-show and late-cancellation policies and fees, which are between you and the provider; WeGotDocs does not set or collect them.
- Repeated no-shows or bad-faith bookings may result in account restriction or termination.
3. ADDITIONAL RULES — PROVIDERS
- Maintain accurate licensure, insurance, and profile information per the MSA.
- Respond to booking requests in a commercially reasonable time and honor confirmed appointments or cancel with reasonable notice to the patient.
- Disclose your own cancellation/no-show policies to patients directly before applying any fee.
- Never use patient information from the Platform for purposes beyond the requested appointment and related care without separate lawful consent.
- Comply with the review-response HIPAA guidelines in the Review & Ratings Policy.
- No discriminatory denial of appointments in violation of applicable civil rights laws.
4. REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT
Report violations to abuse@wegotdocs.com. WeGotDocs may investigate, preserve and disclose information as required by law, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion. WeGotDocs has no obligation to monitor but reserves the right to do so. Enforcement (or non-enforcement) in one case does not waive our rights in another, and good-faith moderation is protected under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(2).
